Entrepreneur and Director of Hengfam Pty Ltd, PH Collections Pty Ltd and PH Legal Pty Ltd.

Pauline has been collecting debts for many large corporations and private individuals for over 25 years. Pauline is also an Associate Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management. Pauline ensures that her clients receive the best possible outcome using her extensive knowledge of all stages of the collection process and her broad range of experience in legal and collections matters through all courts of New South Wales as well as the Federal Court and the Federal Magistrates Court. Pauline has also delivered an approved nationwide Continuing Professional Development Activity on debt collection to members of the Migration Institute of Australia through its Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Sydney offices.

Pauline has also been a registered migration agent since 1996 and is an Associate Fellow of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA). Pauline has held the Secretary, Treasurer, Event Co-ordinator and Committee Member positions on the MIA NSW State Committee over the past 12 years. During this time, she has organised and coordinated numerous seminars for MIA members with the Department of Immigration and Citizenship as well as with numerous professional assessing authorities. She has also organised some MIA National Conferences and end of year functions in past years.

Pauline also acts as a consultant to large corporations in China and South East Asian countries to establish business links with local companies in Australia.

As a past President of the Temasek Club (a Singapore Club), Pauline is actively involved with the Singaporean businesss community. She was also presented with an award by the Singapore International Foundation in forging links between Singaporeans living in Sydney and Singapore. As a stone fruit orchardist, Pauline is also an active member in her local farming community and has previously represented the local Stonefruit Association in voicing the members' concerns direct to the doorsteps of Canberra.

As an entrepreneur, Pauline has encouraged and assisted many young people in setting up their own businesses. Pauline's latest venture is bringing Australia to the World Series of Mahjong in Macau. The second World Series of Mahjong was held from 19 September to 21 September 2008 at Wynn's Casino, Macau. This Mahjong Tournament is represented by 15 countries around the world. The prize pool in this world mahjong tournament is US$1,000,000.

Experience:

Since his admission in 2005, Ivan has provided advice and a range of litigation support to individuals, businesses, corporate and statutory entities; as well as for trustees, liquidators and financial institutions. Ivan regularly appears in the Federal Magistrates Court, Supreme Court and Local Court in a variety of matters.

His recent work has included:

  • The reinstatement of corporate entities
  • The winding up of companies in the Supreme Court
  • Acting for liquidators in uncommercial director related transactions and unfair preferences
  • Personal bankruptcy in Federal Magistrates Court
  • Handling of interstate litigious processes
  • Drafting and advising on share transfer agreements
  • Acting on the sale and purchase of real property

Experience:

Kevin has worked in a number of roles in IT and Telecommunications.

Roles he has performed include:

  • Singapore Telecom Australia 1999-2000 - Network Engineer
    Managing the Australian end of international service provisioning
  • Singapore Telecom Australia 2000-2001 - Wholesale Voice Product Manager
    Dealing with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Telcos to negotiate and trade international Voice Minutes.
  • Optus Networks 2001-2003 - Senior Network Engineer
    Assisting with the transition of Optus, having being purchased by Singtel, Supporting the migration of major accounts including Cisco, Nokia, Amex, and Unisys
  • Optus Networks 2003-2005 - Global Services and Support Manager.
    Directly managing the support requirements of Singtel's Australian client base, including scoping, provisioning, and service maintenance.
  • PH Legal / PH Collections 2006 to present - IT Manager responsible for all aspects of computer and communications, including but not limited to: Server and Desktop provisioning and maintenance, Web Development and Application Programming, the establishment and maintenance of remote access solutions, security and backup.
